Western Governors University Military Scholarship

Western Governors University (WGU) is offering a military scholarship for injured service members, their spouses, and the spouses of military service members who were killed in action.
The military scholarship has a maximum value of $2,000, where eligible persons can earn their college degree online at WGU. The scholarship will be credited $500 per six-month term, which can be renewed for up to four terms. The university has already awarded 170 military scholarships in the past year.
WGU offers degrees in areas such as business, education, information technology and health professions. It is a private, non-profit university that was founded by 19 U.S. governors. It offers both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
